At last, it\'s finished! 18 Missions as a member of 611 Squadron, Biggin Hill, August 1942 - February 1943. It\'s not only a campaign, but a megapack: if you install everything, these add-ons will bring the whole atmosphere of a RAF squadron to your PC, like a time machine. (at least I hope so) The sorties are not 100% historically correct I think there is a healthy balance between historical accuracy and fun. You\'ll fly as No.2 of Swn Ldr Hugo Armstrong. Stick to him like glue, or else you\'re dead meat! Do not go for the kill, you won\'t make it home!

What\'s in it? The campaign of course, and more.
A menu music. It\'s made by doolittle81, and it brings you right back to 1942, to the dispersal at Biggin Hill airfield. Basically it\'s a radio program from WWII. It gives so much immersion, you\'ll see. Thank you, doolittle81.
It also contains a radio chatter pack. This is the best part. Compans, and his friends re-recorded every radio chatter file. You\'ll feel like flying with real pilots, your squadron mates, your friends. This is one of my favorite additions to this game. Thank you Compans, you\'re a genious!
NOTE: The chatter is for 609, and 32 squadrons, while the campaign is for 611 (It\'s for his campaign \"Under the white rose\"). Still, it\'s worth it, believe me. This campaign is MEANT to be played with those.
MODS:
Our AAA Wizard, Rawners has made a lovely mod which transforms the rather clumsy late mark IX into a beautiful early MkIX, with small carburator intakes, and round rudder. He kindly let me include it in this campaign. I\'ve created 2 separate folders too, in case you want to install but one of them. Thank you Rawners!
...and paint schemes, backgrounds, videos, surprises...see for yourself!

I\'m so much looking forward to hear what you think! |
