A Strike Fighters Project1 MOD by Daniel”Kesselbrut”Himmel



This is an All-Inclusive MOD of the Falkland War. The MOD contains all major aircrafts and groundunits of the conflict.

All objects in this pack (aircrafts, houses, vehicles, tiles, textures….) are free, but that means they are not freeware. If you want to use something out of the pack for your own MOD please ask for a written permission by me via PM at the combatace forum. I will forward your request to the owner of the model you want to use.

The pack will run without errors on SFP1 and SFP Gold only. At WOV you will need a C-130 otherwise the Game crashes during the campaign. At WOE and WOI it will run only after heavy manual cut and paste work….

Installaton:

Do a clean SFP1 installation
install SP4
rename the folder as \"Falkland 1982\"

delete missions - folder
delete campaigns - folder
delete /objects/decals - folder
delete /objects/aircraft - folder
delete /objects/groundojects - folder
delete /objects/weapons - folder

copy the unpacked files into your \"Falkland 1982\" folder

open the \\Falkland 1982\\Flight\\MedalsUK.ini

correct the lines -> Citation=E:\\Falkland 1982\\Flight\\FlightUKMedalVC.txt with your installation-path

open the \\Falkland 1982\\Flight\\MedalsARG.ini

correct the lines -> Citation=E:\\Falkland 1982\\Flight\\FlightUKMedalARG.txt with your installation-path

Notes:

In the Canberra B you can switch between Pilot and Bombadier with \"Hook\" key

single mission year is 1983 - because the only British base was build in May - if you have
a missiondate before 29th May - the game CTD - self created missions (with mission date) will work normaly - you have to take off from a carrier before 29th May
The infantry units have too much speed - when I use normal Footslogger speed there are no ground battles.

All Groundunits are optimated for the game - so they may not realistic.

All Carriers have zero speed - because they cruise wild through the
ship formations.

During the Campaign the groundunits won\'t attack - in WOI it all works normal.

The Harrier and SUE have no Groundradar

I\'m currently working at the WOI version, but I have multible problems

- The A-4 flightmodels are cruel
- same for the SUE
- same for the Harriers
- The Canberra Bombbay shows no load
- no Thrust Vectoring
- Carrier take offs mostly accidential (carriers maybe not fully supported)

So a SP5 version of the mod will released 2 months after SP release.

I uploaded this because I found the file whilst going through my old back-ups of Pasko\'s Yaks, and searching on CA, column5.us and Pasko\'s Mostly MiGs (now sadly mostly dead links) sites, this v1.1 did not seem to be currently available anywhere else. All credit to Pasko, C5 and Volksjaeger.

P-26 Peashooter, Chinese Air Force, mod for SF/WoV/WoE WW2 PTO installs

== For Pre-Patch (9/08-10/08) Installs -ONLY!!! ==

This is a slight rebuild, in a major sense, of Bunyap\'s P-26 Peashooter, as used by the Chinese Air Force in the late 1930s. It is a complete aircraft mod, with all the bits needed to just unzip, install and fly away.

It is a \'nation-specific\' aircraft, and will not conflict with any other versions of P-26 you may have in your game installs.

There are 2 version of the data ini included with this; one (called ori-P-26A_DATA.ini) is the original as issued (with my lighting modifications as seen in a few other Peashooter mods). The other, set to use right now, has had it\'s FM parameters \'adjusted\' to something that seems a LOT closer to how the aircraft should be (More in the \"Notes\" section below). Lighting is the same for both.

Brand new, \"only-available-in-this-mod\" nation specific Hangar and Loading screens are included.

A new \'natural metal\' skin, based on Bunyap\'s templates, and new ID number decals for 18 aircraft are also included. The cockpit, created by CA_Stary is included. The only mod to his pit is a I added my \'ring-and-bead\' gunsight (nestled quite comfortably inside the telescope tube).

Full, detailed instructions are below in the \"To Installate\" section. Along with the usual notes, comments and general foolishness....

--YOU MUST HAVE THE BUNYAP WEAPONS PACK TO GET THE WW2 WEAPONS!! --
- This mod is designed to work ONLY in pre/unpatched installs -those that pre-date the 9/08 & 10/08 units. If you install this mod to a post-patched game install, you do so at your own risk. Prop Flight Models are still a little \"iffy\" Post-Patch, and it is NOT reccomended you use this as such. -

As you\'d expect, there\'s a fully detailed readme enclosed with all the necessary instructions for installing and so forth.

This is a mod of Erwin_Hans Taiwanese Mirage2000-5.

It represent the egyptian version of the Mirage-2000E.
The Mirage-2000EM was ordered in 1981 and was delivered from 1986. It was intended to act as couterpart to the israeli F-16C.
