。常规冷启检查单
。。。。。。。。。
I. 启动引擎前:
1. 察看Crew Chief的飞机情况报告单,把AVTR录像带插入左边条翼下方的插口,后开始做常规目视检查
。。
2. 察看座舱内开关的起始位置,把DTC插入DTU并上锁
。。
3. MAIN PWR Switch切到BATT位置以对电力系统进行检查
(注意事项)使用MAIN PWR Switch检查时不应超过5分钟,否则会耗尽蓄电池
(1)确认FLCS RLY灯亮
(提醒)FLCS RLY灯亮时,轮刹系统不可用
。。
4. 把FLCS PWR TEST switch摁在TEST位置以测试FLCC的电力输出
(1)确认ACFT BATT TO FLCS,FLCS PMG和4个FLCS PWR灯亮
(2)确认FLCS RLY灯熄灭
。。
5. 放开FLCS PWR TEST switch
。。
6. MAIN PWR Switch切到MAIN PWR
(1)确认ELEC SYS,HYD/OIL PRESS,FLCS RLY,SEC和ENGINE灯亮
。。
7. 确认EPU GEN和EPU PMG灯灭
。。
8. AUDIO1面板:COMM旋钮切到BOTH,调节CHAN旋钮、
。。
9. AUDIO2面板:打开INTERCOM,TACAN,ILS旋钮并调节音量,打开HOTMIC
。。
10. 检查MASTER FUEL,ENG FEED,AIR SOURCE等旋钮
。。。。。。。。。
II. 启动引擎
1.把JFS开到START2
(1)此时FLCS RLY灯灭,FLCS PMG灯亮
(2)若MAIN PWR Switch在BATT时,ACFT BATT TO FLCS灯会亮
(3)轮刹系统可用
(4)JFS RUN指示灯在JFS启动30内亮,之后RPM上升。在15%左右时,液压和油压上升,导致SEC警示灯在18%时灯灭
。。。。。。。。。
2. RPM到了20%后,按下Throttle Cut-off Release,同时把油门杆向右绕过OFF-IDLE限动卡子,放在IDLE位
(1)之后SEC警示灯会亮,表示DEEC/SEC正自我检查
(2)在约50%时,JFS自动关闭
(3)在约55%时,备用发电机启动供电,ENGINE警示灯灭,OXY LOW警示灯亮约一秒钟
(4)5~10秒后,主发电机启动供电,备用发电机停并待机。在主发电机启动前检查SEAT NOT ARMED警示灯和三个绿色的WHEELS DOWN灯是否在主发电机启动前亮。用来检查紧急电力系统是否可由备用发电机供电
(注意事项)若FUEL MASTER在引擎启动期间未在MASTER位置时,立即停止启动。若继续启动,则可能导致热启动或尾部油管着火
(提醒1)若需要重启引擎,则使引擎保持在JFS START2,等FTIT降至200度下时再推油门
(提醒2)当JFS在START1或2位置时,FLCS RLY灯仍亮,则表示FLCS RLY未闭合,须向地勤报告情况。
(提醒3)当任意一个发电机启动供电时,FLCS RLY灯灭,则向地勤报告情况
(提醒4)若当主发电机启动供电后FLCS RLY仍亮,则向地勤报告情况
(提醒5)若HYD/OIL PRESS警示灯在25%RPM前就熄灭,则表示油压探测器失灵,须向地勤报告情况
。。。。。。。。。
3.当油门在IDLE位时,检查:
(1)JFS Switch自动回到OFF
(2)HYD/OIL PRESS警示灯灭
(3)FUEL FLOW在500~1500pph
(4)油压大于1000psi
(5)NOZ POS大于80%
(6)RPM位于65~77%
(7)FTIT小于等于625度
(8)液压系统均位于2850~3250psi
(9)Throttle Cutoff Release是否卡住
。。。。。。。。。
III. 引擎启动后:
1.检查TEST Switch面板
(1)PROBE HEAT Switch在PROBE HEAT时,确认PROBE HEAT警示灯没亮
(2)PROBE HEAT Switch在TEST时,PROBE HEAT警示灯会闪3~5秒
(3)关闭PROBE HEAT Switch
(4)检查FIRE & OHEAT DETECT
(5)检查OXY QTY test switch
(6)检查MAL & IND LTS button
。。。。。。。。。
2.设置AVIONICS POWER面板
(1)FCC switch到FCC
(2)SMS switch到SMS
(3)MFD switch到MFD
(4)UFC switch到UFC
(5)GPS switch到GPS
。。。。。。。。。
3. DED有显示后进行EGI/INS校准
(1)DED有显示后需确认当前坐标是否正确
。。。。。。。。。
4. SNSR PWR面板
(1)若无需使用TFR/FLIR时,把LEFT HDPT switch关闭
(2)FCR switch到FCR(若环境极度潮湿,则延缓4分钟启动)
(3)RDR ALT switch到RDR ALT
。。。。。。。。。
5. CNI到UFC
6. 清除MFL
。。。。。。。。。
7.当引擎运行在IDLE至少30秒时,检查SEC工作模式:
(1)油门在IDLE位
(2)切到SEC工作模式,应观察到NOZ POS小于5%,SEC警示灯亮,把油门来回推动检查引擎反应
(3)切回PRI工作模式,应观察到NOZ POS大于80%,SEC警示灯灭
。。。。。。。。。
8.使用操纵杆,踏板来检查襟翼,水平尾翼和垂直尾翼
。。。。。。。。。
9. FLCS BIT测试:
(1)BIT开关切到BIT位置时,在FLCP上的RUN指示灯亮
(2)BIT测试完成后(约45秒),RUN指示灯灭,BIT Switch自动回到OFF位置
(提醒1)若FLCS BIT检测到的故障使FLCS警示灯或FLCP上的“FAIL”灯亮,则使用FLCS Reset是无用的
(提醒2)若FCC没在FLCS BIT测试前开启,则FLCS MUX DEGR会出现在PFLD上
(提醒3)FLCS BIT测试期间,RPM会增长2%
。。。。。。。。。
10. 检查空刹版
11. 检查油量指示器(FUEL QTY SEL Knob切到TEST)
12. EPU FUEL总量应在95~102%
13. 检查MFD,DED一些页面的设置(如DED中的通讯频道,导航点,BINGO设置等)
.。。。。。。。。。
14. DBU检查
(1)DIGITAL BACKUP开关切到BACKUP,确认DBU ON警示灯亮
(2)检查襟翼,水平尾翼和垂直尾翼是否仍运作正常
(3)关闭DIGITAL BACKUP开关
。。。。。。。。。
15. MPO检查
(1)把操纵杆压到底,观察水平尾翼的位置
(2)打开MPO,确认水平尾翼的后缘是否转动
(3)操纵杆和MPO还原,检查水平尾翼是否还原
。。。。。。。。。
16.检查空中加油系统
(1)AIR REFUEL开关切到OPEN,“RDY”灯亮,“DISC”灯灭
(2)关掉AIR REFUEL开关,“RDY”灯灭
。。。。。。。。。
17.配合地勤检查轮刹
18.确认EPU GEN和EPU PMG灯灭。若亮则把EPU开关开到OFF,再切回NORM
。。。。。。。。。
19. TACAN检查
(1)TACAN POWER旋钮至CW(需90秒启动)
(2)使用HSI CRS旋钮把辐条设为R-180
(3)INSTR MODE旋钮至TCN
(4)在MFD中进行TACAN BIT测试
。。。。。。。。。
20.检查通讯系统(暂时略)
21. INS旋钮至NAV
(注意事项)若飞机在2小时前使用过,则不要用Parking Brake
22. ALT FLAPS Switch至NORM
23. MANUAL TF FLYUP switch至ENABLE
24.检查配平情况
25.空刹关闭
26. ENGINE CONT Switch至PRI
27.检查IFF
28. FUEL QTY SEL旋钮至NORM
。。。。。。。。。
29. EPU测试
(1)油门加5%以避免损坏电力系统
(2)把EPU/GEN TEST摁在EPU/GEN位置
(3)EPU AIR灯亮
(4)EPU GEN和EPU PMG灯灭
(5)FLCS PWR灯亮
(6)EPU运行指示灯亮至少5秒,若不亮则放开EPU/GEN TEST,把油门再加10%再测试
。。。。。。。。。
30. EPU/GEN TEST关闭
31.油门回到IDLE
32. PROBE HEAT Switch至PROBE HEAT(若气温低,则起飞前2分钟启动)
33. 载入DTE
(1)把DTC插入DTU并上锁
(2)MFD上选择DTE页面
(3)确认MFD上显示的DTC的ID是否一致
(4)按下OSB3,DTE自动载入除GPS以外的其他信息
(5)若有需要,则按下OSB10载入GPS信息
。。。。。。。。。
34.再次检查油压和飞控
35.检查是否还有警示灯亮着
36.准备滑行
